My Story

My health journey began the day I was born – nine weeks early and weighing just 998g. My mom had a tough time keeping me alive, and after I experienced severe reactions to certain pharmaceuticals, she turned to more holistic solutions. Through homoeopathy and nutrition, she laid the groundwork that helped me not only survive but truly thrive. By the time I was ten, the doctors' predictions that I'd have a lifelong struggle with conditions like asthma and eczema had not come to fruition. I was symptom-free, and I’ve always felt deeply grateful for that foundation.

Like many of us, though, I wandered off the wellness path in my teens and early twenties. While studying Graphic Design, I embraced student life – late nights, fast food, and binge drinking were the norm. Unsurprisingly, I often felt unwell, tired, low in mood, had constant breakouts and carried some extra “fluff” around the middle. In my early twenties, I started working out (initially just to impress a guy!) and eventually fell in love with weightlifting. That sparked a deeper interest in fitness, nutrition, and how to fuel my body properly.

Working in the creative industry meant long hours behind a screen, and over time, I began craving a career that aligned more with my passion for health and wellbeing – and one where I could make a real difference in people's lives. When I moved to the UK in 2020, I discovered the College of Naturopathic Medicine. I initially considered their one-year Health Coaching course, but after sharing my story, the course advisor encouraged me to take on the full three-year Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy Diploma. I’m so glad I listened. It was one of the most challenging things I’ve ever done, but it transformed my own health – especially hormonally – and has given me the knowledge and tools to help others on their healing journeys.

Since qualifying, I’ve also completed LifeCodeGX practitioner training in nutrigenomics, gaining a deeper understanding of how our genes influence health and how targeted nutrition and lifestyle changes can help optimise gene expression. I’m committed to staying up to date in the ever-evolving field of health and nutrition, through ongoing CPD and my own research. As I want to offer my clients truly personalised, evidence-informed support that evolves with the science.

Lets work together to get your health on track!
